Shipping and Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
Contact asolo@asolo-usa.com to receive an RMA number. Footwear can only be exchanged
or returned as long as they are in resalable condition (not worn outside) and purchased within 90 days. Purchases beyond 90 days are not eligible for returns or credit. Shop employee RMA's and refused orders can have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the credit amount.
- Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, an email with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Reason for the return
- Shop Employee Sale yes/no?
- Insure the package for your protection, retain tracking number, reference the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Since we do not retain credit card information please process a new order for exchanging a purchase.
Shipping
Asolo footwear products ship from our warehouse in Merrimack New Hampshire. Laces and insoles are shipped via USPS from our separate office location. Orders comprising both footwear and parts will be shipped separately. Shipping terms are FOB warehouse. Asolo will help facilitate any loss or stolen claims that may arise, but the receiver needs to create the claim. Transit times shown at shipping selection page are estimates provided by the carrier, it is in no way a guarantee and Asolo is not responsible for carrier delays.
All in-stock items will ship within 48 hrs. Orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will ship the following business day.
