RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

>The customer has 60 days from the date of sale to process a return.
> Send an email to asolo@asolo-usa.com asking for a return number. RMA numbers are required to process any return.

It is helpful to include following information:

- Copy of the order acknowledgement, PO number or order number.
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Reason for the return
- Shop Employees Sales yes/no?

> After receiving your request we will share with you your return authorization number which you need to write outside the box (boxes without written the authorization number won’t be accepted).

> The cost of returning the goods will be at charge of the customer only.

> The goods must be returned intact (must not have been used by the customer or have been damaged by this) and in their original packaging (if any identification labels must be attached to the item as they form part integral of the same).

> Please note that shop employee RMA's and refused orders can have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the credit amount.


RIGHT OF WITHDRWAL

The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason, within 60 (sixty) days. More precisely, the withdrawal period shall expire after ninety (60) days from the date on which the customer acquires physical possession of the products purchased on line.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is obliged to inform the Supplier (asolo-usa.com) of its decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement to be sent to the Supplier by writing an email to: asolo@asolo-usa.com

We kindly ask to specify the order number and the date of purchase and the number of the shipping document accompanying the consignment. In order to comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient that the customer then sends the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period mentioned above.

Please, kindly include the following information in your email:
- Copy of your receipt, invoice of your order
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Reason for the return
- Shop Employees Sales yes/no?

In any case, without delay, the Supplier will confirm receipt of notice of withdrawal of the customer and sending a special e-mail indicating the number of specific authorization to return, please, write this number on the outside of the box, without it the package will be refused.

As soon as the Supplier shall be notified of this e-mail, it will be possible for the customer to return the products at:

The return of products must take place without undue delay and in any event within 14 (fourteen) days after the date of the e-mail address of the Supplier above highlighted.

The cost of returning the goods will be at charge of the customer only.

To be entitled to a full refund of the price paid for the product, the goods must be returned intact (must not have been used by the customer or have been damaged by this) and in their original packaging (if any identification labels must be attached to the item as they form part integral of the same). In any case, the customer remains responsible for the diminished value of the products resulting from the handling of the products different from those needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning. In this regard it should be noted also that, precisely in order to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products, the customer is required to inspect and manipulate them with due diligence and in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a shop.

Once we receive the product and verify their integrity, the Supplier will refund the amount paid within 10 days from the day on which he was informed of the decision of the customer to withdraw, to be made through the transfer of the amount of product purchased directly from the credit card used for the purchase.

The Supplier reserves the right to withhold any refund until the actual return of the product.

Please note that shop employee RMA's and refused orders can have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the credit amount.


SIZE CHANGE:

It is not possible for the customer to change size for the same order.
We kindly ask you to exercise your withdraw right for the order received and for which you will receive a refund based on the above details and make a new order for the new size you would like to purchase.
