Asolo USA does not stock outsole units for sale nor do we offer our own repair service. Any authorized Vibram cobbler will be able to replace the outsole with the same outsole or an appropriate substitute.

Asolo also has a one-time resoling program for qualifying purchases made within five years. Proof of purchase from an authorized Asolo retailer is required.Normal wear and tear is not covered by this program. Please contact asolo@asolo-usa.com for details.

When storing your Asolo footwear for the off-season, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Be sure to clean and dry your footwear before storing them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. We do not recommend storing the footwear in plastic bins or bags. This will help extend the life of your footwear and ensure they’re in good shape for the start of next season. If you have a style with leather, we suggest conditioning them with NikWax for NuBuck Leather to keep the leather from drying out.

Sole Units will degrade when your footwear is used only occasionally and is stored for long periods of time. Sole units degrade faster than if the footwear is worn regularly. Hydrolysis is a normal material aging process that occurs in all footwear with a cushioned PU midsole independent of the manufacturer. The process also occurs in automobile, tires, ski boots or helmets and does not represent lower quality or even a quality issue in materials or workmanship.

When a PU midsole begins to deteriorate, you'll see small cracks along the injection area, above the sole unit. This is an indication that your boots are wearing out. If you are experiencing sole unit separation, or degradation, please send us an email. Our customer service team will contact you regarding the age of the boots and what steps can be taken regarding the sole separation.

Unfortunately we do not sell single shoes or pairs with different sizes. Asolo recommends and contributes to the National Odd Shoe organization.

Asolo does offer an outdoor professional discount program. In order to qualify for the program you must be actively employed as an outdoor professional. Please email us at asolo@asolo-usa.com for instructions. This includes active Military, law enforcement, Government agencies, guide services, and other outdoor manufacturers.

Using an easily recognizable professional email address to register with will make the validation/activation process faster. If this is not possible please send employment verification documents to asolo@asolo-usa.com.

You can find them at https://asolo.com/
