From the beginning Asolo’s philosophy has been to develop innovative and technologically advanced footwear with great looks. Asolo pays particular attention to the natural flex of the foot while also making sure that performance and comfort of its footwear is maximized.

For this reason, the new Asolo collection has been developed using 16 different lasts, each one with specific anatomical features sculpted to match defined and user criteria and fit characteristics.

The priority at Asolo is to develop products with specific fit and comfort benefits.

> Featuring three shock absorbers created from low density polyurethane.

> These three elements provide shock absorption and positioned under the areas of foot that receive most impact.

> The dual density polyurethane midsole is directly injected onto the rubber outsole to deliver a single element sole unit.


THE OUTSOLE TECHNOLOGY:

1. High density PU midsole

2. Low density PU element

3. The cylinder in the heel area (external part) is the shock absorber to the first impact of the foot with the ground.

4. The second cylinder in the heel area (inner part) provides stability to the walking gate.

5. The rocker, the final action, is supported by the cylinder in the metatarsal area 8inner part), and aids the toe off action.

6. Asolo/Vibramrubber outsole

In 1935, tragedy drives Vitale Bramani to develop an outsole capable of excellent traction on mixed surfaces. Using vulcanized rubber technology, he developed the Carrarmato design. The design was soon famous. Even today, it remains one of the most used soles by mountain climbers. Asolo’s footwear are made using outsole designed by Asolo and made by Vibram.
